Order Status:

You can always check the status of your order by clicking on My Account in the navigation bar. We will be happy to make any changes to your order if you contact us before it has been processed.

Shipping and Handling:

Domestic orders are shipped the next business day. We’re shipping to all cities in Colombia, you’ll get your JUAN products in the next 6 business days. Other countries will be added to JUAN deliveries in the mid-term.

Returns and Exchanges:

Returns/Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us at juan.menswear@gmail.com, you may return the items postmarked within 7 calendar days of receipt for an online merchandise credit less the shipping charges. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Bathing suits and underwear are final sale and are not eligible for exchange. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Any exchange or store credit will be given in compliance with our current in-store return policy, which requires a receipt for the original price paid within 15 days of date of purchase for any non-sale items returned in their original condition.
